Farming / Cooking (Tip)

          Now some of you may already know this, but for those that don't, this is a very helpful tip. When you are cooking or growing a farm, it will stop growing if the chunk isn't loaded. If you are playing in a multiplayer world then it is wise to build your farm where lots of people live or visit like the spawn or a large faction so that the chunk is usually loaded.

How to Get Mods Easily

          If you are like any other new Minecrafter then you have probably had some trouble installing mods. I have tried several things that all result in a black screen except skydaz installers. If you go to skydaz,com and search for mod you like (They may or may not have it), click on it, scroll down to the donwload button, and follow the super one-click simple instructions you should have the mod installed and ready to go. I don't know what they do, but the black screen doesn't show up with their installers. Have Fun with your new mods!

Mining (Tip)

          NEVER mine the block you are standing on. It is rare that you will fall into lava but it does happen. A while ago I was telling a friend not to mine on the block you were standing on and before I could finish warning him about it I fell to my death by lava because I thought, "Well maybe just this once, what are the odds I will fall through?" It is unbelievably ironic to me and ever since then I completely stopped doing that.

Minecraft PvP Dodging (Tip)

          Minecraft has very limited PvP options, so how do you get the advantage over your opponent? There are several ways but I am going to show you the dodging method. Once your attacker is almost upon you, sidestep and swing your sword at him while he is trying to recover. Sounds kind of too advanced a maneuver to be able to pull off in a simple game like Minecraft doesn't it? Surprisingly it is extremely effective, all you need is to have one extra hit to be able to fight him upfront with no tactics simply because of that one extra strike.
